Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using our services. By placing an order or registering with us, you agree to be bound by these terms.
Pharmacy Weight Loss Bridlington is a General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC) registered online pharmacy operating under GPhC No. 9012511. We provide online weight loss consultations and prescription services to patients in Bridlington and the surrounding area.

We reserve the right to refuse or withdraw treatment if we determine it is not clinically appropriate for you. Providing false or misleading information may result in immediate termination of your account and could pose a serious risk to your health.
All prescriptions issued through our service are reviewed and authorised by a qualified, GPhC-registered pharmacist or prescriber. We do not guarantee that a prescription will be issued following your consultation.
Clinical decisions are made solely on the basis of your health and safety. You must disclose all current medications, medical conditions, and allergies when completing your consultation. Failure to do so may result in harm and will relieve us of liability for any resulting adverse effects.
Prescriptions issued through our service are valid for use with our pharmacy only, unless otherwise stated.
Payment is required in full at the time of placing your order. We accept major debit and credit cards. All transactions are processed securely in accordance with PCI DSS standards.
Prices are displayed in pounds sterling (GBP) and are inclusive of VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to amend pricing at any time; however, changes will not affect orders already confirmed.
If a prescription is not approved by our pharmacist, you will receive a full refund within 5 to 10 working days.
Once your consultation has been approved and your prescription authorised, your medication will be dispatched within 1 working day. Delivery timescales are dependent on our courier service and may be affected by factors outside our control, including adverse weather or postal disruptions.
Medications will be sent in discreet, tamper-evident packaging. It is your responsibility to ensure someone is available to receive and sign for temperature-sensitive items if required.
We cannot accept responsibility for delays caused by incorrect address details provided at checkout. Please ensure your delivery address is accurate before confirming your order.
You may cancel your order before it has been reviewed by our pharmacist for a full refund. Once a prescription has been approved and your order dispatched, we are unable to accept cancellations or returns, in line with regulations governing medicinal products.
If your medication arrives damaged or incorrectly supplied, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt so we can resolve the issue promptly.
Our services are not a substitute for face-to-face medical care. If you experience a medical emergency, call 999 immediately or attend your nearest Accident and Emergency department. For non-urgent health concerns, please consult your NHS GP.
Weight loss medications may cause side effects. You must read the patient information leaflet supplied with your medication and contact us or your GP if you experience any unexpected symptoms.
We handle your personal and medical data in accordance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018. Your data will never be sold to third parties. We aim to respond to all data-related enquiries within 48 hours. Our full Privacy Policy is available on our website.
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from your use of our services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. The current version will always be available on our website. Continued use of our services following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
