Pharmacy Weight Loss Bridlington is a GPhC-registered online pharmacy (Registration No. 9012511) operating in accordance with UK pharmacy law and the regulations set by the General Pharmaceutical Council. We provide online weight loss consultations and prescription services to eligible patients in the United Kingdom.
To use our services, you must be at least 18 years of age, a resident of the United Kingdom, and able to provide accurate and complete medical information during your consultation.
Our weight loss treatments are only suitable for individuals who meet specific clinical criteria, including relevant BMI thresholds and the absence of contraindicated medical conditions. We reserve the right to decline any order where our prescribing team determines that treatment is not clinically appropriate or safe for you.
You must not misrepresent your health status, weight, height, or medical history. Providing false information may result in a risk to your health and the immediate cancellation of your service.
All prescription medications are issued only following a thorough online clinical assessment reviewed and approved by one of our qualified pharmacist prescribers. Completion of an order does not guarantee that a prescription will be issued.
Prescriptions are issued in accordance with UK clinical guidelines and remain the professional judgement of our prescribing team. We do not issue prescriptions on demand. Any prescription issued is valid only for the treatment cycle specified and is not transferable to other pharmacies without prior arrangement.
You must inform us of any changes to your health, medications, or circumstances before each subsequent order.
Payment is required in full at the time of placing your order. We accept major debit and credit cards through our secure payment provider. All prices include VAT where applicable and are displayed clearly before checkout.
Payment does not constitute acceptance of your order. Your order is only confirmed once our prescribing team has reviewed and approved your consultation. If a prescription cannot be issued, a full refund will be processed promptly.
Once your consultation has been approved and your prescription issued by our pharmacist, your medication will be dispatched within 1 working day. Deliveries are made via a tracked postal service to your registered UK address.
We cannot be held responsible for delays caused by the postal service or events outside our reasonable control. It is your responsibility to ensure your delivery address is accurate at the time of ordering.
You may cancel your order at any time before your consultation has been reviewed and approved by our prescribing team. To cancel, please contact us immediately by email or phone.
Once a prescription has been issued and medication dispensed, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds for prescription-only medicines, in accordance with UK pharmacy regulations and consumer law exemptions for personalised healthcare products.
Where a refund is due, it will be processed to your original payment method within 5 to 10 working days.
The information and services provided by Pharmacy Weight Loss Bridlington are intended to support, not replace, the relationship between you and your GP or primary healthcare provider. We strongly encourage you to keep your GP informed of any medications prescribed through our service.
Weight loss medications carry risks and potential side effects. Our prescribers will outline these during your consultation, but you are responsible for reading all patient information leaflets supplied with your medication and contacting us or seeking emergency care if you experience any adverse effects.
We are not liable for any adverse outcomes resulting from incomplete or inaccurate information provided by you during the consultation process.

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from your use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
